Job Description
• Implement Identity and access management projects across various platforms and applications of the Bank.
• Carry out application integrations with the UAM solution dealing with provisioning (e.g. workflows), single sign-on and PKI concepts.
• Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues, including interacting with technology vendors.
• Explore new access management technologies, perform proof of concepts with guidance from team leads.
• Raise technical risks and assist in process compliance activities.
• Understand business requirements, analysis and create technical documentation.
• Identify and automate processes to streamline successful completion of customer requests.
• Handle the user lifecycle management process.
• Manage incoming requests for access to multiple identity systems. Ensure all access requests are correctly approved and logged in.
• Custom development of identity management connectors, plug-ins etc.
• Review and approve the vendor requirements specifications being in line with business.
• UAM & PIMS policy review, updation, creation of awareness across the Bank and adherence to the policy.
