Job Description
14+ years of experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP based applications with preferred exposure to interfaces using middleware solutions
· Ability to work across multiple teams within the IT organization. Must be able to affectively work with Key portfolio & management stakeholders and be able to communicate clearly on work status updates.

· Ability to carry out feasibility analysis for project needs and propose high level designs with effort estimates. Ability to prioritize and plan technical work
· Good understanding of object oriented programming concepts, HANA code push down techniques, performance-tuning techniques in SAP etc.
· Hands-on experience on ABAP-Units is required.
· Should have good experience in designing RICEFW objects in SAP Modules like SAP SD, MM, FICO, PP etc.
· Must have worked in Agile team / SCRUM Teams.
· Person having knowledge / tools experience relevant for SAP DevOps will be preferred
· Should carry excellent communication & collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
· Facilitate SAP project development and support activities of SAP landscape systems (SAP ECC and SAP HANA, SAP APO, SAP PI ).
· Drive technical designs and help team in formulating complex technical solutions on SAP Landscape systems.
· Help with large, complex development designs and prepare work plan to deliver the same.
· Review technical solution and design including artifact review.
· Groom and mentor the developers on various technical skills.
· Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Work closely with multiple teams in an agile environment.
· Contribute to reviews and frequent feedbacks to the individual team members.
· Document and update the existing SAP environment and work with Cross IT and business teams to modernize the SAP environment and developments practices.
· Lead root cause analysis activities and work with team members to implement solutions.
