Job Description
Technical architects are systems logistics specialists that design, implement, and maintain IT systems for business clients. They are responsible for designing the structure of new technology systems, overseeing the implementation of programs, and liaising with the software development team. As a technical architect, you will work in a team to deliver cost-efficient and effective IT solutions to organization.
Responsibilities
Working in close co-ordination with Business teams, Sr. Engineering Manager and Enterprise Architect. Develop and maintain the Technology Architecture under the guidance of the leadership team Develop technology architectural direction for technology solution and define target state blueprints for tech architecture Be accountable for creation and development of Tech Strategy including Functional and Technical designs, ensuring appropriate architectural governance processes are enabled and enforced. Analyze the existing data landscape to identify and remediate critical deficiencies Implement tech roadmap, architectural principles, standards, policies, and solution governance for effective data technology delivery Guide smarter technology investments by recommending changes in data systems, infrastructure, process, and IT tools architecture Serve as point of contact and review for key issues and decisions for all technical architecture related to strategic projects. Be responsible for technical architecture for strategic projects Secondary Responsibilities: Produce progress reports Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals Key Success Metrics: Deliver & effectively track all the deliverables Quality of processes Track improvements
