Job Description
Technology delivery Manager works with the internal IT teams, production engineering, Infra and vendors to support the lower environments like SIT and UAT for deployments, troubleshooting in case of any issues.
delivery Manager also supports any data extracts for the Audit or business requirements. should co-ordinate with right stakeholders and ensures smooth functioning of the environments.
Responsibilities
· Knowledge on Middleware tools- Weblogic, Java, APIs (REST)
· Knowledge of SQL for extracting queries.
· Knowledge deployments on middleware, preparing Checklist, SOPS for
the environments.
· Supporting lower environments end to end from regular deployments to
any other Infra activities.
· Ensure preparation of all delivery, BTO handover and knowledge base
documents including Training manual and API Doc. etc.
· Ensuring closure of VA, PT, AppSec, ISG Findings, Audit findings, Data
Extraction.
· Ensure process adherence and timely release of products.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills, self-driven, motivated, proactive approach, and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Middleware tools - Weblogic, Tomcat, JBoss
Oracle. - SQL
Java / APIs
Technical know-how of Newgen Products would be an added advantage.
Experience in deployments, and managing of lower environments.
