Job Description
Required skills:
• Good academic credentials with a basic understanding of Java, Oracle & Unix
• Good grasp of DB concepts with hands-on experience in SQL querying
• Exposure to Development & DB tools like Eclipse, SQL Developer & Putty will be useful
• Understanding of SDLC & STLC concepts and deliverables
• High learning agility. The position will often require learning new business processes and systems
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Customer service attitude
• Strong Analytical skillsets
• Should be open to Rotational Shifts between 6:30 am – 8:30 pm during work and weekend days
Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities:
• Ticket queue monitoring and triaging
• Evaluate the issue and determine the issue priority
• Answer calls from customers and resolve issues reported by them by providing proper resolution
• Monitor and resolve application alerts
• Coordinate bridge calls for major incidents.
Desired Skills:
• Some exposure to enterprise systems in academic or project work
• Manual test planning and execution experience
