Job Description
Job Purpose: The role entails the responsibility of providing product feature stories, ensuring adoption of collaboration tools for program transparency, and tracking product adoption and monetization metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Sound technical exposure in Java, Kafka, AWS, REST API, Oracle DB.
• Strong experience in systems design principles.
• Must have strong exposure in Oracle/SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience in Lending/Fintech domains will be preferable.
• Understanding of strategic handling of technical projects. i.e. adhering to stakeholder expectations and processes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.
• Delivery Management objectives in multiple delivery.
• Ensure Product release cycle, make sure the features are tested and deployed as per expectation.
• Help team with Agile project management and work with project management leads and tech for delivery.
• Delivery and the Internal Customer.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
