Job Description
About the role:
Candidate must have 8+ years of experience on Contact center technology, worked on Ameyo dialer or any outbound dialer, knowledge on recording, PostgrecSQL, Linux, VoIP IP Telephony.
Responsibilities
Team Management.
Monthly reviews with vendor.
Performance Tuning and Query Optimization.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution.
Incident Management
Maintain 100% system uptime.
Business communications.
Maintaining RCA
Maintaining SOP’s
Application capacity planning.
Work on RBI and IA/EA.
User management.
Manage SLA.
Automation on manual tasks.
