Roles & Responsibilities:
Grasp technical concepts, products, and platform architecture through collaborating with stakeholders in Digital Platforms and Engineering team.
Create comprehensive documentation to assist stakeholders in understanding and using the product or system.
Create communication and documentation relevant to the right audience to meet the needs and technical proficiency of different stakeholders.
Review and update communication and documentation as per release cycle and updates
Incorporate user feedback to enhance documentation and address FAQs.
Use different channels to maintain and socialize documentation.
