Job Description

 Technology Governance: Develop and implement technology governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
 Project Portfolio Management: Manage the technology project portfolio, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and project intake processes.
 Delivery Tracking: Implement and maintain delivery tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely and successful project completions.
 Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for technology projects to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
 Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technology project risks, and establish risk management strategies to ensure project success.
 Resource Management: Collaborate with HR and department heads to optimize resource allocation for technology projects and ensure the availability of skilled resources.
 Process Improvement: Continuously improve technology project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Engineering & Technology Vertical.
 Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
 Budget Oversight: Assist in budget planning and tracking for technology projects, ensuring financial objectives are met.
 Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that technology project deliverables meet the required standards and
specifications.
 Technology Trends: Stay updated on emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project management and governance processes.
