Job Description
17+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of work experience managing team(s) responsible for systems implementation and/or infrastructure support.
Mandatory experience in Talend application administration.
Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI is preferred.
Exposure to Azure BI components
Mandatory experience in managing BI platform end to end.
Ensuring high system availability of BI applications and timely data refresh
Mandatory experience in engineering/operations/support
Experience managing cross functional & global teams
Experience managing Issue, Risk and Escalation
Demonstrated proficiency for working in fast paced work environments in a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated proficiency for resolving system performance and capacity issue

Responsibilities
Manages the BI Engineering - Data Apps (run) team in project/performance
management, planning, scheduling, support, execution, upgrade/patching, strategy, and SOPs.
Owns the BI Application Availability Program, including establishing relevant app monitors, alert thresholds, and SLA’s for BI applications.
Manages current BI assets/team needs and forecasts for future requirements in both staffing and CapEx.
Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and balancing a portfolio of systematic and/or data-driven tools and applications.
Supports enterprise-wide IT initiatives from various stakeholders.
Coaches, develops, mentors, and motivates team members to increase the strength and robustness of the team.
Responsible for owning, communicating, and resolving system failures or issues with non-technical stakeholders.
Utilizes monitoring tools and analytics to evaluate BI application capacity and plans for growth.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining team culture.
