Key role and responsibilities: Proven ability to debug, optimize Live/Production system incidents, and automate mundane tasks Expertise in analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale OLTP/distributed systems Systematic an individual ‘can do attitude’, having knowledge of fixing issues, problem-solving, RCA, brings innovative ideas for infrastructure/service components Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems Brings hands on experience in Mulesoft, ActiveMQ, Dynatrace, AWS, Kubernetes, SQL Developer, postman, soap, Kafka, cloud technologies, EFK stack, Prometheus, SQL, XML, JSON & CSV, Grafana CI/CD with Jenkins Ensuring 99.99999% for all ticket resolutions, SLA & OLA SRE Support & its production support.
Responsibilities
Secondary Responsibilities: Mentoring team members, self-initiator effective communication skills and a sense of drive Preparing SOPs & brings up self-healing concepts Knowledge of modern API technologies Involvement of preparing and maintaining documentations, SOPs APIs Strong written and spoken communication Ability to work alone with minimal supervision. Reviewing historical incidents & comes up with a top-notch plan over “repetitive incidents”.
