About the role:

Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Contact center technology, SMS Gateway, OTP platform, Nice recorder and Nice QA forms, Knowledge on Oracle, Linux, Windows

 Responsibilities:
Team Management.
Monthly reviews with vendor.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution.
Incident Management
Maintain 100% system uptime.
Business communications.
Maintaining RCA
Maintaining SOP’s
Application capacity planning.
Work on RBI and IA/EA.
User management.
Manage SLA.
Automation on manual tasks.
