Job Purpose: Responsible for developing solutions based on functional specifications and technical design. Responsible for Unit/SIT and resolving bugs. Responsible for support on L2/L3 analysis production incident.
Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities: • Good technical experience in Java, Oracle, SQL database, DevOps. • Good understanding of application servers, Webserves & Server Operating systems RHEL & Windows. • Good understanding of security aspects on the software and hardware technologies. • Responsible for closing security observations of the application. • Provide technical support and participate in the delivery lifecycle. • Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture. • Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism. • Handle Operational issues related to the delivery center. • Delivery Management objectives in multiple delivery. • Project planning and progress monitoring and milestone control. • Ensure Product release cycle, make sure the features are tested and deployed as per expectation. • Work with product managers and business to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer first solutions. • Help team with Agile project management and work with project management leads and tech for delivery. • Create user stories with acceptance criteria, responsible for creating various user flow diagrams, data flow diagram. • Ensure process adherence, timely release of products. • Deliver and effectively track all the deliverables. • Candidate should preferably have knowledge on Banking Domain • Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as SPOC between the Service • Delivery and the Internal Customer. • Understanding of Agile methodologies. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
