Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Having good experience in Advanced Troubleshooting/resolution, Batch/infrastructure monitoring, Configuration Management, Process Automation (RPA), Root Cause Analysis and Incident Analysis/Trending.
Maintain and upgrade existing systems as required.
Proactively take up troubleshooting of technical issues, risk mitigation planning
Conduct regular reviews of systems and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
Collaborate with L1 team and L3 (developers) to produce new systems.
Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features.
Organize training sessions and workshops on system processes.
Structure business requirements and communicate the same to senior management for approval.
Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments.
Own the incidents till RCA with the documentation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details.
Good to have ITIL certification.
Responsibilities
Tech Requirement:
Skills: Expertise on SQL, Linux, Scripting i.e., Unix shell and WebLogic.
Monitoring tool: Having experience in one of monitoring tool i.e., Dynatrace, OpManager, Splunk, any DevOps Tool, etc.
Having interest to learn: AWS, Kubernetes & Dockers.
