Job Description
Job Purpose: The Application Developer is responsible for developing the enhancements as per functionality on existing Applications. The Application Developer is also responsible for delivering enhancements, change requests, tuning of existing applications. The Application Developer will be expected to understand the business processes within the functional area and provide business solutions . Roles & Responsibilities: Development and support of in business applications Provide day-to-day support and provide project support for existing applications Create functional design documents, user stories and technical documentation Develop solutions including complete projects, proof of concepts or code snippets as appropriate Delivers end to end, the architecture design, codes, tests and documents of large and/or complex programs Building strong partnership with End users, technology and business leaders and peers Work closely with product owners, TDMs, PMO, Vendors, business analysts on requirement analysis, planning, project mgmt and execution Provide expert level troubleshooting on large, mission critical / project implementations Advocate and implement best practices and improved team process Work in dynamic, fast paced, agile environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Implement a a clearly defined and transparent schedule of commitments and metrics to constantly meet the implementation goals Understanding of SDLC as well as ITIL support frameworks Experience of working on XBRL/XML reporting and taxanomy with various regulators
Responsibilities
Technical Skills : 1. Strong in SQL, PL/SQL language also should have hands on experience in Interfaces 2. Should have knowledge on OAF page customizations along with Reports Development 3. Should have knowledge on the Workflow and Form personalization. Experience : Minimum 5 Years of hands-on experience in Oracle Apps R12.2.X application architecture and fundamentals.
