Job Description
Job Purpose: Developing and administering modules (new requirements, fixes or Upgrades) for requirements related to IBM FileNet/ECM Products and resolving critical technical challenges which may be within implemented Application product or for external integrated(dependent) products. The role holder will be a key contributor to the technology organization and will be responsible for Development, maintenance and Administration of the engineering platform. You will be responsible for execution of the product software installation against delivery commitments and project plans.
Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities: -Experience in installing, configuration and Administering IBM FileNet (CPE) and ECM Products. -Configure, Upgrade and test enhancements and modifications to new and existing IBM FileNet applications and ECM products -Sound Knowledge in administering Linux RHEL Server, Windows Server, WebSphere Application Server and SSL configurations. -Active Involvement in Development of Utility Job and Batch process associated with FileNet Application is a must. -Expertise in WebSphere Application Server, Deploying IBM FileNet and Java/J2EE Application from lower to higher environments is essential. -Troubleshoot issues and help define solutions to these issues. -Demonstrates strong initiative to make things happen. -Displays a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. -Involvement and ownership for timely closure of Audit point and vulnerability observation related to Infra/Application Product. - Part of the FileNet Team Engaged in active problem solving to identify technical roadblocks and implement solutions that can improve the direction of our application product. - Taking responsibility for all Application and Server Administration work and ownership of thorough quality control - Mentor junior Admin and help them grow their skill sets -Well versed with the use of code versioning tools such as Bit bucket, GIT or SVN -Add on Knowledge of S3 Storage, IBM DB2, JIRA tool and Confluence (team workspace) will be an advantage.
