Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
∙ 3+ years of experience as a Manual Tester
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering would be an asset
∙ ISTQB- Foundation Level desired
∙ Strong IT Support Service domain knowledge on multiple modules (IT Service Management, IT Service Strategy, IT Service Transition etc.) required.
∙ Strong Organizational workflow domain knowledge desired
Experience in ServiceNow Tool is preferred
Experience in ServiceNow-Automation Test Framework (ATF) is preferred
Understanding of Software Methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile & experience of working in Sprint/Phases
Understanding of SDLC, STLC processes
Understanding Software Requirements/User Stories
Contributing to Test Plan Preparation
∙ Deriving / Authoring Test Scenarios / Outlines
∙ Documenting & Executing Test Cases
∙ Updating Traceability Matrices document
∙ Creating Test Data and Test Batches
∙ Reporting and Tracking Defects
∙ Collect Test Metrics
∙ Selecting Test cases for Retesting & Regression Testing
∙ Executing Regression Test suites
∙ Experience in web based and mobile testing
∙ Experience in Defect tracking tools (ex: JIRA,HP ALM)
∙ Ability to work autonomously and in a team
