Job Description
Job Purpose: Responsible for developing solutions based on functional specifications and technical design. Responsible for Unit/SIT and resolving bugs. Roles and Responsibilities: The desired candidate must have ·- Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development, execution, and operations environments. Make all decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. - Meet with business team to determine business functional and technical requirement and participate in Application design discussion - Own the design, build, and test of all technical architecture components/solutions (e.g., development, execution, and operations environment solutions) -Plan the technical architecture sprints taking into consideration the dependencies between the application and the technical architecture - Candidate should be hands on in Salesforce (Config and Customization both) - Should be able to perform configuration on Salesforce.com Platform i.e. should be able to create Flows, Approval Process, Workflow, Profile, Roles, Report and Dashboard - Should be aware about Salesforce best practice and utilize them while implementing the solution - Setup the development environment on their own and has the ability to mentor junior developers - Must have experience in Apex Coding (Trigger, Class, Batch), Aura Component or LWC, Java Script, API Integration etc. - Nice to have experience on Visual Force Page - Must be aware about deployment process (Change Set/ANT, Workbench etc.). - Nice to have understanding on CI/CD pipeline deployment process - Candidate should be aware any of the Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, FCS etc.) - Candidate must have good experience with Salesforce Community - Experience in Leading/managing work stream
Responsibilities
Secondary Responsibilities: Develop, build, configure and unit test solutions from low level designs. Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation. Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented. Fix defects identified during testing. Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements, Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
