Job Description

Job Purpose:
The role entails the responsibility of providing production support lead and Manage L2 Support Task and
activities into bank’s software applications. It includes Technical Expertise, Application monitoring,
Application Administration and resolving day to day production/Business/BAU applications issues and
perform root cause analysis, tech resolution along with OEM team.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Handling core lending systems like LOS and LMS, along with interface systems.
2. Coordinating with stakeholders and vendor systems/products.
3. Establishing root cause analysis of production errors and escalating serious concerns.
4. Monitoring and conducting health checks of all environments (DC and DR).
5. Utilizing monitoring and observability tools to supervise alerts and provide
proactive resolution. 6. Creating a monitoring plan for continuous production
support and upgrades.
7. Providing end-to-end L1 and L2 monitoring and production application support.

8. Possessing in-depth knowledge of both functional and technical areas of core
products (JLG). 9. Playing a critical role in server support/maintenance and
application feature enhancement. 10. Participating in resolving highly complex
issues impacting business and system applications. 11. Prioritizing workload
based on business and technology needs.
12. Identifying and implementing improvements to application services and performance.
13. Demonstrating sound analytical capabilities to provide support and make strategic decisions. 14.
Understanding server infrastructure and monitoring processes to analyze and resolve issues. 15.
Having good knowledge of DDL, DML, DCL commands, functions, stored procedures, T-SQL queries,batch files, and Windows schedulers.

Responsibilities

    Secondary Responsibilities:
    o Total experience of 5 to 10 years in NBFC/BFSI banking, with a preference for retail
    banking knowledge. o Good experience and knowledge of LOS-LMS applications,
    specifically in the JLG business.
    o Knowledge of T-SQL or Windows Server OS.
    o Ability to think logically and provide IT solutions.
    o Motivated, disciplined, and capable of working in a team environment.
    o Effective communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
    o Ability to handle incidents raised by users and provide proactive solutions.
    o Willingness to work in a 24x7 on-call support rotation for scheduling, monitoring, and automations.
